Dear Mountain Medicine Friends! The season has officially started at our Center in Bohuslän, Sweden. We are feeling exceptionally blessed with so many new visitors joining our adventures; the Mountain Medicine tribe is growing, and many more adventures await.
There’s so much power, love and wisdom that’s readily available to us, when come together, sit in circle and let the medicine of the natural world do it’s work. In fact, there’s not much left to do after that; most things we struggle with in our daily lives, simply fall away when we return to our natural state and way of life.
Though, we also know that this something easier said then done, which is why we continue to organise our Medicine journeys, to offer moments of ‘remembering’ our nature, so that we change our perspectives and look into the world with different eyes.
We often say that ‘to those that have the eyes to see it’ the medicine we seek is always readily available, often right in front of us. As we cultivate a deeper awareness of ourselves and our environment, we may begin to hear the gentle voice of the natural world, that’s quietly whispering words of wisdom to us, perhaps answering all of the burning questions we hold in our hearts. All we really have to do, is learn to watch and listen.
