My BioJorn is the Founder of Mountain Medicine, and space-keeper for most MM programs, at his back-to-basic home & venue in Bohuslän, Sweden. Jorn is an entrepreneurial, self-propelled ‘fire-starter’ with a special talent for building communities, starting movements & creating creative spaces.
Mountain Medicine as an organisation, is an outcome of the many adventures of mind, body and spirit, Jorn has undertaken in order to find personal balance and healing. Mountain Medicine is his way of giving back all the gifts he has received on his experimental journey; a collaborative platform for individual and collective transformation, shaped by indigenous inspired, nature-based approaches to human development and learning.

Guido is an experienced coach, trainer and wilderness guide with a big love for the outdoors. In nature people connect automatically with themselves. Guido believes that for growing as a human being and reflecting on your life you only have to go into nature and be quiet enough to listen. There you will find the time, the answers and the peace you need. Stepping out of your comfortzone, being completely honest to yourself and facing all the challenges you find in nature will help you with that. Guido guides you in that process with radical honesty, questions you never like to answer and mirroring you along the way.

My Bio
With an insatiable curiosity and calm presence, Henk navigates his inner and outer worlds and guides others in theirs. Building on extensive psychology/therapy and guidance studies, diverse work experiences and private endeavors, he acquired multidisciplinary knowledge and skills on mind, body and nature relations.
Change is the most constant and natural process of life. And in his view we are invited to be aware of what’s relevant; move with what’s necessary (and uncomfortable at times); and thereby adapting and growing into better states of being and relating with ourselves and environments.
Henk likes to dive deep when it comes to studying mind, body, nature and vows for the supporting practices of meditation, breathwork,, (hypno)therapy and all the medicine nature has to offer. When we can lovingly connect with the worlds within and around, a better world is possible, and that’s why, how and what he is here to manifest.

With a masters degree in Psychology, years of coaching experience, Henk went on to master the arts of nature counseling, psycho- and hypnotherapy. He currently guides people in his private practice, on nature walks, mountain expeditions, retreats and in plant medicine journeys.

My BioRoel is a shamanic mystic, practitioner and teacher, a spiritual mentor and life coach. He is initiated into the Inca shamanic tradition, his extensive shamanic training resulted in a series of awakening experiences and visions from which he is healing, guiding, teaching and awakening others on the shamanic path. He is running a private practice for 33 years and has been teaching internationally for 15 years on shamanic subjects e.g. medicine wheel training, awakening, energy healing, manifesting, shadow work, out of body work, soul and destiny retrieval and death counselling.

Roel’s vision and mission is to bring back lost ancient wisdom and skills in working with consciousness and energy for collective transformation and co-creation towards higher states of awareness. Joen is a multi-dimensional human; passionate musician and painter, wilderness expert, tree-climber, bushcrafter, carpenter, father of two, and the founder of ‘Vildamark’ the first hand-crafted high-altitude parcours in Sweden. Joen has had a full life, of adventure, art and creativity; got educated in the area of outdoor leadership and ran his own outdoor company for nine years. In this work, he’s brought to life his passion for Native American Culture and Ceremony. With his work he’s found ways to inspire people to live closer to nature, and take a different attitude towards their professional and personal lives. Joen is a free man, authentic, well-rooted and strong, here to support and serve those that are seeking for deeper meaning, purpose and connection.
