PRODUCT
The core of this experience is to facilitate a return to the original self, shedding layers of conditioning where negative thoughts, feelings and experiences have been controlling your present moment experience. To guide you towards a pure, authentic expression of your original self that can be freed from these old ways of knowing, feeling and doing. To support that process, you will go through a combination of immersive nature experiences, hypnotherapy, shamanic practices, energetic body work and a plant medicine journey.
What to expect during your stay in Sweden:
Body: Natural plant-based diet, daily breath & bodywork, somatic release techniques, hiking & kayaking
Heart: Nature awareness and relating, cultivating connection, practicing presence, self-regulation

The Nature of Self is a collaborative program, organized together with Henk Petter (@ Petterpraktijken) . The process we offer is largely tailored to group needs and environmental conditions, but does follow a general 4-step process, which interlinks directly with the MM Practice. In addition, Henk Petter offers a variety of hypnotherapy journeys and subconcious work, that will assist you to truly re-align from within, and move forward in your life with a ‘re-calibrated’ inner compass. The flow of the days roughly looks like this:
Day 1 - Arrival & Opening: Sweatlodge Ceremony
Day 2 - South || The Physical - Health & Healing
Day 3 - West || The Emotional - Relationships & recovery
Day 4 - North || The Mental - Change & Confrontation
Day 5 - East || The Spiritual - Service & Sharing

PRACTICAL
The price for this experience is € 1212,- incl. VAT. This covers the entire program including food & lodging, but excludes your transportation to and from Sweden. You will be expected to bring your own outdoor gear, of which a detailed list is provided after your booking. The next edition is organized on the following dates:

PROCESS
To register for this experience, please first get in touch with us by filling out the APPLICATION FORM online. After that one of our staff members will contact you to book a (free) 30 minute intake call. During this call we will connect and talk about your intention and registration, and share more information about the process and logistics. The program will be invoiced once group registration is complete, with options for payment plans.
